TERMA DAN SYARAT UNTUK KEMPEN "ORDER & MENANG CINCIN EMAS 916" ("KEMPEN")

Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh Techzilla Global Solution Sdn Bhd ("Syarikat") dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat berikut:

Tempoh Kempen
Tempoh Kempen adalah dari 1 Januari 2025 hingga 15 Mac 2025 ("Tempoh Kempen").

Kelayakan Kempen
1. Terbuka kepada semua pelanggan Halo Delivery yang berumur sekurang-kurangnya 12 tahun pada Tempoh Kempen ("Peserta").
2. Peserta mesti memastikan bahawa nombor mudah alih yang digunakan untuk penyertaan adalah aktif dan boleh dihubungi semasa Tempoh Kempen.

Peserta yang Tidak Layak
Peserta berikut tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini:
1. Pengarah, pekerja tetap, kontrak, atau pekerja sementara Syarikat.
2. Mana-mana individu yang disyaki terlibat dalam salah laku, penipuan, atau perbuatan salah berkaitan dengan pesanan Halo Delivery atau Halo Express.

Cara Penyertaan
1. Peserta mesti berjaya membuat pesanan melalui aplikasi Halo Delivery semasa Tempoh Kempen:
o Untuk pesanan bernilai RM30 dan ke atas, peserta akan menerima 1 tiket cabutan bertuah.
o Untuk pesanan bernilai RM50 dan ke atas, peserta akan menerima 2 tiket cabutan bertuah.
o Pengguna baru akan menerima 1 tiket cabutan bertuah tambahan.

Hadiah
1. Pemenang terpilih akan dipilih secara rawak selepas tamat Tempoh Kempen.
2. Hadiah yang ditawarkan adalah:
o 1 bentuk Cincin emas 916 bernilai lebih RM1,000 ( mengikut harga emas semasa ).

Terma dan Syarat Tambahan
1. Peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan terma dan syarat ini serta memberi kebenaran kepada Syarikat untuk mengumpul, memproses, dan menggunakan data peribadi mereka.
2. Syarikat tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi melalui telefon. Dalam situasi ini, Syarikat berhak untuk memilih pemenang ganti.
3. Syarikat berhak untuk membatalkan hadiah sekiranya percubaan untuk menghubungi pemenang gagal atas sebarang sebab.
4. Keputusan Syarikat mengenai pemilihan pemenang adalah muktamad dan sebarang surat-menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan.
5. Pemenang memberikan kebenaran kepada Syarikat dan rakan kongsinya untuk menggunakan nama, gambar, dan/atau rupa mereka untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan promosi tanpa sebarang pampasan.

Perubahan Terma dan Syarat
Syarikat berhak untuk menukar, meminda, menyemak, menambah, memadam, atau mengubah terma dan syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Order & Menang Cincin Emas 916 ("Campaign")

The Campaign is organized by Techzilla Global Solution Sdn Bhd ("the Company") and shall be subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Campaign Period:

The Campaign period is from 1st January 2025 until 15th March 2025 ("Campaign Period").

Campaign Eligibility:

Open to all Halo Delivery customers & riders during the Campaign Period who are at least 12 years of age ("Participant").

Participants must ensure that the social media accounts are public and contactable during the Campaign Period.

Ineligible Participants:

The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

Directors, permanent, contract, or temporary employees of the Company.

Any person suspected of committing misconduct, fraudulent, or wrongful acts in relation to Halo Delivery or Halo Express orders.

How to Participate:

Participants must make a successful order through Halo Delivery during the Campaign Period:
i. Order RM30 and above, participants will receive 1 lucky draw ticket;
ii. Order RM50 and above, participants will receive 1 lucky draw ticket;
iii. New user will receive 1 additional lucky draw ticket.

Prizes:

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, selected winners will be randomly drawn at the end of the Campaign Period. Prizes include:

The winner will win a 916 gold ring worth RM1,000++.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by the Company.

The Company is not responsible if the winner cannot be contacted via phone. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The Company reserves the right to forfeit the prize if attempts to contact the winner fail for any reason.

The Company’s decision on the winner is final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

Winners grant permission to the Company and its partners to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The Company reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
