TERMA DAN SYARAT
Promosi Merdeka, Halo Belanja ("Kempen")

Kempen ini dianjurkan oleh Techzilla Global Solution Sdn Bhd ("Syarikat") dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat berikut.

1. Tempoh Kempen
Kempen ini akan berlangsung dari 16 Ogos 2024 hingga 31 Ogos 2024 ("Tempoh Kempen").

2. Kelayakan Kempen
Terbuka kepada semua pelanggan Halo Delivery sepanjang Tempoh Kempen yang berumur sekurang-kurangnya 12 tahun ("Peserta").
Peserta mesti memastikan nombor telefon bimbit yang digunakan untuk penyertaan adalah aktif dan boleh dihubungi sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.
3. Peserta Tidak Layak
Individu berikut tidak layak menyertai Kempen ini:

Pengarah, pekerja tetap, kontrak, atau sementara Syarikat.
Mana-mana individu yang disyaki melakukan salah laku, penipuan, atau perbuatan salah berhubung dengan pesanan Halo Delivery atau Halo Express.
4. Cara Menyertai
Peserta mesti membuat pesanan seperti biasa dan membayar harga penuh pesanan yang dibuat.
Pemenang akan dipilih setiap hari oleh sistem, dan jumlah harga makanan akan dikreditkan secara automatik ke dalam Halo Wallet pemenang.
Jika pelanggan menang, rider akan mengambil gambar pelanggan tersebut.
5. Hadiah
Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat ini, pemenang terpilih akan dipilih secara rawak setiap hari sepanjang Tempoh Kempen.
Setiap pemenang harian akan menerima bayaran balik harga penuh makanan, yang akan dikreditkan ke dalam Halo Wallet mereka.
6. Terma dan Syarat Tambahan
Peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan terma dan syarat ini serta memberi kebenaran untuk pengumpulan, pemprosesan, dan penggunaan data peribadi mereka oleh Syarikat.
Syarikat tidak bertanggungjawab jika pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi melalui telefon. Dalam kes tersebut, Syarikat berhak memilih pemenang lain.
Hadiah akan dihantar kepada pemenang atas risiko mereka sendiri, setelah pengesahan nama penuh, nombor telefon, dan nombor pesanan Halo Delivery mereka.
Syarikat berhak untuk melucutkan hadiah jika percubaan untuk menghubungi pemenang gagal atas sebarang sebab.
Keputusan Syarikat mengenai pemenang adalah muktamad, dan sebarang surat-menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan.
Pemenang memberi kebenaran kepada Syarikat dan rakan kongsinya untuk menggunakan nama, gambar, dan/atau wajah mereka untuk tujuan pengiklanan dan promosi tanpa sebarang bayaran tambahan.
7. Perubahan Terma dan Syarat
Syarikat berhak untuk mengubah, meminda, menyemak, menambah, memadam, mengubah suai, atau menambah kepada Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa sebarang notis awal.

Merdeka Promo, Halo Belanja ("Campaign")

The Campaign is organized by Techzilla Global Solution Sdn Bhd ("the Company") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Period
The Campaign will run from 16th August 2024 until 31st August 2024 ("Campaign Period").

2. Campaign Eligibility
Open to all Halo Delivery customers during the Campaign Period who are at least 12 years of age ("Participants").
Participants must ensure that the mobile number used for participation is active and contactable during the Campaign Period.
3. Ineligible Participants
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in this Campaign:

Directors, permanent, contract, or temporary employees of the Company.
Any person suspected of committing misconduct, fraudulent, or wrongful acts in relation to Halo Delivery or Halo Express orders.
4. How to Participate
Participants must place an order as usual and pay the full price of the order amount.
Winners will be selected daily by the system, and the total food price will be automatically credited to the winner's Halo Wallet.
If a customer wins, the rider will take a picture of the customer.
5. Prizes
Subject to these terms and conditions, selected winners will be randomly drawn daily during the Campaign Period.
Each daily winner will receive a refund of the total food price, which will be credited to their Halo Wallet.
6. Additional Terms and Conditions
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by the Company.
The Company is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted via phone. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The prize will be delivered to the winner at their own risk, upon verification of their full name, phone number, and Halo Delivery order number.
The Company reserves the right to forfeit the prize if attempts to contact the winner fail for any reason.
The Company’s decision on the winner is final, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
Winners grant permission to the Company and its partners to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
