TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTION OF HALO DELIVERY MENU PRICE EQUIVALENT TO MERCHANT’S PRICE

1. Promotion Organizer: The Promotion is organized by Techzilla Global Solution Sdn Bhd ("the Company") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid until October 31, 2023, or until further notice is provided.

3. Promotion Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to all customers of Halo Delivery ("Customers") under merchant’s price category and located in selected participating areas as listed below.

4. How to Participate:

To be eligible for the purchase of food at the merchant's price category, Customers must:
Enter their delivery address within the selected participating area using the Halo Delivery Application.

5. Selected Participating Areas:

The selected participating areas include: Hulu Langat, Labis, Pagoh, Bangi, Tapah, Jerantut, Arau,kangar, Jengka, Kampar, Gerik, Seri Iskandar, Kuantan, and Kluang.

6. Price Difference Resolution:

a. In the event of a price difference between the Halo Delivery Application and the merchant's price for a particular item, Customers may file a complaint with the Company.

b. Upon verification by the Company, if the complaint is found to be valid, the Company will refund the price difference to the Customer's Halo Delivery e-wallet.

c. The Company's decision on the validity of complaints and the amount of the refund is final and binding.

7. Terms and Conditions:

a. Consent for Data Usage: By participating in this Promotion, Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to allow their personal data to be collected, processed, and used by the Company in accordance with the Company's Privacy Statement.

b. Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions, or methods related to this Promotion. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

c. Changes and Modifications: The Company reserves the right to change, amend, revise, supplement, delete, vary, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The Customer is bound by such changes and should review them regularly. The Company may also change any aspect of the Promotion, including discontinuing it, without prior notice.

d. Liability: The Company, its related and affiliated corporations, sponsors, agencies, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, whether in contract, negligence, or in tort.

e. Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any default of its obligations under the Promotion due to any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, pandemic, epidemic, or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

f. Disqualification: The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Customer found or suspected of tampering with the Promotion process or violating these terms and conditions. This includes disqualification for fraudulent practices and activities that may harm the Promotion or its process.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By participating in this Promotion, Customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.
